House rules

I hope you’ll feel at home and enjoy your stay at Copper Oak Cottage. I just ask that you please take note of the following:

  • Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am

  • A fourth guest may be considered by prior arrangement — please make an enquiry before booking

  • Sorry, no pets

  • No smoking or vaping inside the cottage

  • No parties or events

  • Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am

  • The cottage stairs are steep and ceilings are low in places, so please take care

  • Care should be taken when using the ladder to access the mezzanine

  • Children under 8 are not permitted to use the sauna

  • Please let me know if anything is damaged or not working during your stay
